Returns and Exchanges
Your purchase at Katy Lane Collection comes with a total satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days, and we'll promptly refund the merchandise amount. If you requested the wrong size or item and need to send it back in exchange for another size or style, a shipping charge will apply. (If there was a mistake on our part, there will be no charge for the sending the replacement.)
Please be sure to use our measurement charts to determine the correct size the first time you order. Do not try to determine the correct size by the child's age, weight, or the size they are currently wearing in other clothing brands. We have measured each style, allowing for wearing ease. If you order according to the size matching the measurements on the size chart, you will get a good fit and will not have the extra expense of returning an item.
All returned items must be unused, with all hang tags and labels in their original position in order to receive a full refund.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of worn, soiled, washed, monogrammed or customized articles.

Complete and include the return form with your package. Be sure to record your name, order ID number, and reason for the return. (If you have misplaced the return form, print one here.) No authorization number is required for returns, so you don't need to call or email in advance.

We recommend you select a service that offers a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. When we receive your returned item we will issue a credit to your card within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 4-5 business days after the refund is processed for the transaction to post at your bank. There are two options for making an exchange, depending on your time frame:
Mail Exchange - takes 2-3 weeks, simply follow the instructions on our Return/Exchange Form (you can print one here if you do not have your original form) and send your items back to us for replacement. Place a new order for the item you desire. Your new item will ship within one business day, and we will process your refund when your returned item is received in our facility.
Follow the return instructions listed above for the item you wish to return.
